Matthew Collett

Attorney

Matthew comes from a military family and grew up in Colorado Springs where he attended D49 schools. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs cum laude with a degree in political science. After attending Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, Matthew returned to Colorado where he was sworn into the Colorado Bar in 2020. In addition to law, Matthew has a passion for languages and cultures, being proficient in multiple languages.

Matthew takes pride in his ability to communicate, counsel, and to make genuine connections with everyone he encounters. As a child of divorce, he believes that coming from a place of understanding helps him to advocate for his clients most effectively. Matthew enjoys using his skills as a legal writer and strength in property law to advocate for clients and help to guide them through some of life’s most difficult situations.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and pampering his fur baby, Zara.
