Sarah graduated with honors from Virginia Tech, where she earned her degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Sarah’s interest in law was a product of her education teaching her that legal work is about so much more than statutes, documents, and deadlines. At the center of every case are real people going through real life, and her love for others, family, and justice ultimately drove her to chase a career in family law.

Originally from the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, Sarah has always had a deep rooted belief in community and an attitude of service. She moved to Colorado in order to be close to her brother who is currently serving in the Air Force.

Outside of the office, Sarah is a dance teacher, working with children of all ages. Dance has been a part of her life since she was a child and getting the chance to share that love with a new generation is not only an immense blessing but a motivator in her life. Her “all gas, no breaks” personality means she brings lots of enthusiasm and determination to everything she does.
